How long will my first visit last?
typically your first visit will be 45 to 60 minutes depending on your condition. This visit includes exam, treatment, time for questions and at home recommendation.

How long should I plan for my follow up appointments to be?
Typically follow up appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes. Most of this time is spent doing hands on manual therapy, adjustments and corrective exercises.

What is the Webster technique?
The Webster technique was specifically formulated for the pregnant body; treatment with this technique focuses on optimal movement through the pelvic region including the SI joints, pubic bone, round ligaments and the supporting muscles and ligaments. This is a gentle treatment style and typically doesn’t use forceful twisting adjustments.

How is Valley Family Chiropractic different than other offices in the area?
We are not your typical 5 minute adjustment, we focus on treating reduced spinal mobility through adjustments, soft tissue work and rehab exercises.

Do you take insurance?
Yes! We are in network with the following plans: Regence/Blue Cross Blue Shield, Kaiser, Moda, Providence, Cigna, Aetna and Healthnet. We also accept your auto insurance following a car accident.

Can I still be seen without health insurance?
Yes! We offer self pay pricing to all patients without coverage.
